Shipping Policy

These days, shipping is a more complicated thing than it ever has been before. Depending on where you live, your country's leader may have chosen to implement significant Tariffs (taxes) on any Products that cross the borders of your country on their way to you. That means that any products you order that are shipped from an International destination will potentially result in you being charged an additional and potentially substantial tax by your government. The reasons and rules around implementing these Tariffs continue to be unclear and ever-changing and as a result we are unable to clearly define whether or not Tariffs will apply to our products when they cross the border into the certain countries. Similarly, other countries have now begun to implement there own tariffs in response to these confusing tariff strategies which may mean that even if you aren't in a country that makes frequent (sometimes daily) and theatrical changes to these laws, our products may fall under a new reciprocal arrangement.

It is our current understanding that our products should be exempt from the new Tariffs but that may be incorrect or may change at any moment, therefore we cannot guarantee you won't be charged a tariff by your government, and have no idea how much that Tariff may or may not be. 

Shipping providers are also very uncertain in regard to the new, constantly changing rules and regulations and as such are no longer providing reliable long-term shipping solutions for us. As a result we are currently not offering Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping on our items and are instead providing approximate shipping at the time of order, and will update you with new shipping rates before we send the item to you to make sure it hasn't gone haywire.
 
This is all subject to change at any time without prior notice as we try to keep up with this ourselves, so check back here prior to any order.

Our shipping fees do not cover any Tariffs that may be levied by any Domestic or International Governments, and will instead be entirely your responsibility to pay for as the purchaser.

Due to the current uncertainty of shipping procedures and providers, we are also not providing any express or time-guaranteed shipping options. We will instead assess all shipping options available upon each order and select the option most appropriate and efficient. Once the shipping has been arranged, we will send an email to you when possible to inform you of the expected arrival of your items.

If you know at the time of your purchase that you need your items in a hurry or by a specific date, please inform us of those needs within any customization fields provided or by sending us an email before or after the purchase. We will then investigate alternate options to meet your needs and let you know if additional fees will apply.
