Refund Policy

We are confident you will love our stuff, but just in case....

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in like-new condition with all the labels attached. For more information check our terms and conditions.

You will probably be required to pay the return shipping fees, but it depends on what the issue is. Get in touch below or email Support@PUSHdesign.studio to discuss your return as we may be able to find a better solution for you depending on the nature of your concern.
 

Custom Order Return Policy

If you have customized your order, if that customization is not unique to you or your company such that we cannot use it or sell it to another party (name, logo, specific graphic, mascot, etc), the standard return policy applies. If your customization is unique to you or your company, please email Support@PUSHdesign.studio with a description or photos of your customization so that we can determine if the product can be reused if returned. If not, a return fee may apply.
